Please read the information carefully as we have implemented changes in registration procedures to maintain safe distance practices.

Registration will be completed electronically. The registration documents can be found below by clicking on the document name. Items required for New Student Registation:- Proof of Residence (lease, deed, utility bill with parent/guardian name)* Affidavit of Residence is required if living with someone else.
- Completed Registration Packet (Household & Student Packets)
- Withdrawal form from previous school (if applicable)
- Parent ID
Documents can be scanned or photographs of the required documents can be emailed to: (A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of the registration information and upon completion of the registration process.)
