The 2015-2016 School Choice applications are now available online at http://eportal.dekalb.k12.ga.us. Parents can also receive a paper application through the front office of McLendon Elementary upon request. All applications must be returned to the School Choice Program Office at 1701 Mountain Industrial Blvd., Stone Mountain, GA 30083. Applications will not be accepted at the school.
